Joint – stock Company «Khersonoblenergo» needs help from the international community
Some of the main substations "Posad-Pokrovska", "Trifonivska" and "Olexandrivska" were significantly destroyed by Russian strikes. In total, these substations supplied electricity to 77 settlements, which is more than 35 500 consumers. The cost of restoring these energy facilities at least 7,33 million $ in current prices. JSC «Khersonoblenergo» needs equipment of various categories for their full operation and financial support from international partners and volunteer organizations. JSC "Khersonoblenergo" asks the international community to help us in this. Our company received partial aid for the repair of objects from the Internatonal Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).
PS-35/10 kV "Olexandrivska"
As a result of hostilities, the equipment at the substation was completely destroyed open switchgear 35 kV, power transformer capacity 2500 kV*A and complete 10 kV switchgear with equipment. Estimated cost of restoration 0.575 million $.
located near the village. Oleksandrivka Kherson district, Kherson region. It is carried out from the substation electricity supply of Oleksandrivka village with 866 consumers.
Main technical characteristics of the substation:
1. One power transformer type TM-2500/35, power, is installed 2500 kV*A, voltage 35/10 kV.
2. Open switchgear 35 kV, consisting of: 8 cells, incl. 4 linear, with 35 kV circuit breakers type ВР-35 NСМ - 20/1600А -3 pcs., 35 kV circuit breaker type C 35/630 - 1 pc., 35 kV circuit breakers type CTSO 38L 200/5 - 9 pcs., tr - stress frames type VTO-38P - 2 pcs., 35 kV disconnectors type RNDZ-35 - 11 pcs. 3. Complete switchgear 10 kV consisting of 15 cells of the KRN-10 type.As a result of hostilities, the equipment at the substation was completely destroyed open switchgear 35 kV, power transformer capacity 2500 kV*A and complete switchgear 10 kV together with equipment.
For the restoration of the equipment, project documentation under No. "PS -154.00/0001" was developed.

PS-150/35/10 kV "Berislavska"
The substation is located near the city of Berislav in Berislavsky District, Kherson Oblast. It supplies electricity to the city of Berislav and the surrounding settlements in Berislavsky District. Estimated cost of restoration 0.380 million $.
Main technical characteristics of the substation:
1. It is equipped with two power transformers with a capacity of 25 MVA and a voltage ratio of 150/35/10 kV, type TDTN-25000/150.
2. The 150 kV open distribution device consists of: 7 compartments, including line and sectional compartments, with gas-insulated switchgear type LTB-170-D1, current transformers type TG-170 600/5, voltage transformers type VEOT-170.
3. The 35 kV open distribution device consists of: 9 compartments, including 4 line compartments, with vacuum circuit breakers 35 kV type OVB-VBF40.25.32, current transformers 35 kV type CTSO 38L 200/5, voltage transformers type ZNOM-35.
4. The 10 kV closed distribution device consists of 27 compartments, including 10 line compartments, with vacuum circuit breakers type VV/VL-12 and VMPE.
As a result of combat operations at the substation, the equipment of the 150 kV open distribution device was destroyed, including: 2 units of gas-insulated switchgear 150 kV type LTB-170-D1, 6 units of current transformers type TG-170 600/5, 2 units of disconnectors 150 kV type RLNDZ-150/1000, equipment racks and stands, and a 63m antenna tower. Additionally, two power transformers with a capacity of 25 MVA and a voltage ratio of 150/35/10 kV, type TDTN-25000/150, were damaged.
Project design and cost estimate documentation is being developed for equipment restoration.

PS-150/35/6 kV "Nikolskaya"
located near the village of Mikil'ske in Kherson District, Kherson Oblast. It supplies electricity to consumers in the Kherson District.
Main technical characteristics of the substation:
The substation is equipped with two power transformers with a capacity of 16 MVA and a voltage ratio of 150/35/6 kV, type TDTN-16000/150.
Both power transformers were completely destroyed as a result of combat operations at the substation.
The estimated cost of restoration is 0.940 million $..
Project design and cost estimate documentation is being developed for equipment restoration.
